Meal Mileage is operated by Alderwave Labs LLC. Membership checkout is handled by Stripe, which collects the contact, billing, and payment information needed to process and manage a subscription. Meal Mileage does not receive or store full card numbers.

The sample planner processes the ingredients, dietary restrictions, and weekly budget you enter to create an on-screen plan. Please do not submit medical records or other sensitive information.

If you join the newsletter-interest list, we store your email address and signup time so we can measure interest and contact you if the newsletter launches. We record aggregate plan-generation events without creating advertising profiles. We do not sell personal information.

Stripe and hosting providers may process ordinary technical information such as IP addresses and request logs for payment security and service operation. To request access or deletion, reply to any Meal Mileage email you receive. A dedicated support address and complete membership terms must be added before public launch.
