Meal Mileage is operated by Alderwave Labs LLC. Supabase processes email-link sign-in. Stripe processes the contact, billing, and payment information needed to manage subscriptions. Meal Mileage does not receive or store full card numbers.

We process the ingredients, dietary restrictions, dislikes, household settings, cooking-time target, and weekly budget you submit to generate plans. Signed-in members may save preferences, plans, recipe feedback, and membership status. Do not submit medical records or other sensitive information.

If you join the newsletter-interest list, we store your email and signup time. We record one page-view event per browser-tab session, limited campaign or referral-host information, and product events such as planner clicks, plan completion, checkout starts, and recipe feedback to understand whether the product works. We do not store full referral URLs, sell personal information, or create advertising profiles.

Hosting, authentication, AI, and payment providers may process ordinary technical information such as IP addresses and request logs for security and service operation. Use My account → Delete my Meal Mileage data or email alderwavelabs@gmail.com to request deletion or access.
