Meal planning, minus the mystery
Questions before dinner?
Meal Mileage is deliberately simple: start with what you have, set a target for extras, and get three practical dinners.
Can I make a meal plan from ingredients I already have?
Yes. Add the ingredients that need using and Meal Mileage builds three dinners around them, then groups the genuinely missing items into one short shopping list.
Do I need to keep a complete fridge inventory?
No. Enter only the foods you want to use now. You do not need quantities, receipts, barcodes, or a complete pantry catalog.
Can I add dietary restrictions and allergies?
Yes. Choose a preset restriction or enter a custom one. Restrictions are treated as hard exclusions, but generated recipes can still be wrong, so always verify labels and cross-contact risks.
Does Meal Mileage use current grocery prices?
No. Your budget is a planning target. Meal Mileage reduces and reuses additions, but it does not verify local prices or guarantee that a basket will stay under budget.
How does the free plan work?
You can generate one free three-dinner plan without an account. A paid annual membership adds repeat weekly planning, saved preferences, plan history, a recipe box, and personal recipe feedback.
